🔎 Requirements and skills we value

• Commercial profile: customer and sales objective orientation, positive attitude, energy and teamwork; passion for fashion/footwear.

• Schedule availability to be able to cover the store's needs (weekends and shifts).

• Previous experience is valued in retail (fashion/footwear is a plus).

• Familiarity with commercial KPIs; however, if you don't master them, we will train you!

🎯The role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our store located in Santa Susana (Barcelona), for a 10-hour weekly schedule working Saturdays and Sundays in rotating morning or afternoon shifts.

You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.

📋 Your key responsibilities

• Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.

• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).

• Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.

• Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

• Position: Sales Assistants for footwear, accessories, and complements.

• Store: Merkal Santa Susana (C.C.Susanna II Nacional II,km 673)

• Schedule: 10 hours per week

• Hours: Saturdays and Sundays in rotating morning or afternoon shifts.

• Contract: temporary.

• Compensation: fixed salary according to collective agreement + variable based on store objectives.
