• Commercial profile: customer and sales objective orientation, positive attitude, energy, and teamwork.

• Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service.

• Availability to work in rotating morning or afternoon shifts.

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or customer service is valued.

• Familiarity with commercial KPIs; however, if you do not master them, we will train you!

• Enthusiasm for participating in a new opening and being part of a team from the start.

• Availability for shifts and extensions.

• Mobility between stores in the Bilbao area

🎯 The role

You will be part of a new store team, contributing from day one to creating a close, agile, and positive shopping experience for our customers.

We are looking for dynamic, commercial people who work well in teams, enjoy customer interaction, and want to contribute to the launch of a new Merkal store.

📋 Your key responsibilities

We are looking for Sales Assistants for our upcoming opening at the Max Center Shopping Centre12hours per week.

• Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.

• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs such as average ticket, UPT, and conversion.

• Take care of the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.

• Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the store from its very first steps.
