Sales Assistant (8 hours per week)

• Commercial profile: customer and sales objective orientation, positive attitude, energy and teamwork; passion for fashion/footwear.

• Previous experience is valued in retail (fashion/footwear is a plus).

• Familiarity with commercial KPIs; however, if you don't master them, we will train you!

• Mobility between Merkal stores in the Bilbao area.

• Availability and flexibility to extend working hours to be able to cover the needs of the store (weekends and shifts).

📋 Your key responsibilities

• Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.

• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).

• Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.

• Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.
