• Mobility between stores in the Bilbao area.

• Schedule availability to be able to cover the store's needs (weekends and shifts).

🎯The role

You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.

📋 Your key responsibilities

• Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.

• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).

• Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.

• Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

🔎 Requirements and skills we value

We are looking for Sales Assistants for our stores located in the Zubiarte Shopping Center in Bilbao and in the Max Center Shopping Center in Barakaldo (new opening), for a 30-hour weekly schedule with morning or afternoon shifts.

• Position: Footwear, accessories, and complements Sales Assistant.

• Stores: Merkal C.Cial Zubiarte / Upcoming opening Merkal Max Center Barakaldo.

• Schedule: 30 hours per week.

• Hours: Monday to Saturday with morning or afternoon shifts.

• Contract: permanent.

• Compensation: fixed salary according to collective agreement + variable based on store objectives.
