🎯The role

• Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.

• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).

• Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.

• Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

🔎 Requirements and skills we value

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our store located in Olesa de Montserrat (Barcelona), for a 12-hour weekly schedule working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.

📋 Your key responsibilities

• Position: Sales Assistants for footwear, accessories, and complements.

• Store: Merkal Olesa (Av.Francesc Macià,168-170)

• Working day: 12 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday and Tuesday from 17:30 to 20:00, Wednesday from 17:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00.

• Contract: permanent.
