We continue to grow and are opening a new Merkal store in the Max Center Shopping Center in Barakaldo (Vizcaya). We are looking for people with energy, a commercial vision, and enthusiasm to be part of this project from the very beginning.

🎯 The role

We are looking for Sales Assistants for our upcoming opening in the Max Center Shopping Center, at 8 and 12 hours per week to work Fridays and Saturdays.

You will be part of a new store team, contributing from day one to creating a close, agile, and positive shopping experience for our customers.

We are looking for dynamic, commercial people who work well in teams, enjoy customer interaction, and want to contribute to the launch of a new Merkal store.

📋 Your key responsibilities

• Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.

• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs such as average ticket, UPT, and conversion.

• Take care of the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.

• Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the store from its very first steps.
