🎯The role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our store located in As Cancelas Shopping Center in Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña), for a 30-hour weekly schedule in rotating morning or afternoon shifts.

You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.

📋 Your key responsibilities

• Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.

• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).

• Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.

• Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

• Position: Footwear, accessories, and complements Sales Assistant.

• Store: Merkal As Cancelas (Santiago de Compostela)

• Schedule: 30 hours per week.

• Hours: rotating morning or afternoon shifts.

• Contract: temporary.

• Compensation: fixed salary according to collective agreement + variable based on store objectives.
