🎯The role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our store located in Mollerusa (Lleida), for a 24-hour weekly schedule working the afternoon shift.
You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.
What you'll do
📋 Your key responsibilities
Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.
Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).
Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.
Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

Position: Footwear, accessories, and complements Sales Assistant.
Store: Merkal Mollerusa (Ctra.Nacional II, Km.486- Golmes)
Schedule: 24 hours per week.
Hours: Monday to Saturdays from 16:30 to 20:30
Contract: permanent.
Compensation: fixed salary according to collective agreement + variable based on store objectives.
