Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or similar.
At least 2 years of previous experience in industrial environments with avionics, defense, or similar products or projects.
Focus on process management.
Knowledge of product baselines (baselines), design change traceability, and change control boards.
C1 level of English or higher.
Availability to attend in person in Aranjuez on Tuesdays.

Nice to have

Previous experience in Product Configuration Management, especially in avionics or defense projects.
Experience with PLM tools, preferably Siemens Teamcenter.
Knowledge of identification and control of configuration items.
Experience in product definition, creation of product trees, and configuration documentation.
Experience in coordination with partners and customers in engineering programs.

The role

At Métrica, we are looking for a Configuration Management Engineer with a focus on process management and experience in avionics, defense, or similar industrial environments, to join an engineering project.

How you'll work

Office location: Aranjuez, Madrid.
Hybrid modality: 80% remote (4 days remote - 1 day in person in Aranjuez)
Salary: 30-36K, depending on experience and fit
