Experience in team coordination, project management, PMO, GRC, or information security.

The role

From Métrica we are looking to bring on board a professional to coordinate security and compliance initiatives within a company belonging to an international financial group.

If you have experience coordinating projects, teams, or compliance initiatives, and you are looking for a transversal role with a direct impact on the security and management of an international organization, we will be delighted to meet you.

What you'll do

Coordinate the activities and priorities of the Security team.
Track projects, initiatives, risks, deadlines, and responsible parties.
Manage compliance with corporate security controls.
Request and collect evidence from technical teams, such as Development, Databases, and Infrastructure.
Document the compliance level of each control and track the necessary action plans.
Coordinate remediation initiatives when non-compliance or deviations exist.
Prepare periodic reports for Management regarding the status of projects, controls, and risks.
Act as an interlocutor between technical, business, and Management areas.
