Lead Security Expert

• At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, capable of acting as both a technical and functional reference in the implementation of a security platform within the insurance sector.
• Ability to develop technical and business monitoring, providing solutions to identified needs, designing and managing the security rolling plan.
• Technical focus on cloud and multicloud environments, defining and supervising security controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating the integration of IAM, SIEM, CSPM, and corporate security capabilities.
• Full participation in post-integration monitoring, defining vulnerability remediation plans and compliance with the corporate model.
• Ability to integrate and work in a DevSecOps environment.

• Good communication skills in English.
