Power Platform Developer

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Solid practical experience in Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Fx.
• Experience with Dataverse, security role management, platform governance, and ALM.
• Advanced experience in SharePoint Online: lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, content types, and document solutions.
• Experience in report and dashboard development in Power BI, data modeling, relationships, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
• Experience with Python applied to automation, ETL and data processing, information validation, and API integration.
• Minimum C1 advanced English level, both oral and written.
• Analytical capacity, autonomy, results orientation, and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and development of AI-based solutions within Power Platform.
• Knowledge of AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, prompt engineering, virtual assistants, knowledge-based chatbots, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Knowledge or experience in Power Pages, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Git, and SQL Server.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.

At Metrica, we are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications, automation solutions, and reporting platforms based on Microsoft Power Platform. The selected person will work closely with business areas to create scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions oriented toward improving operational efficiency, automating processes, and facilitating decision-making through data analytics and visualization.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications with Power Apps, especially Canvas Apps.
• Create automation flows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Define data models, relationships, and transformation processes with Power Query and M language.
• Design, administer, and integrate SharePoint Online solutions with Power Platform.
• Manage lists, document libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, and security in SharePoint Online.
• Implement document management solutions and integrations with Dataverse and other data sources.
• Apply security roles, governance standards, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
• Develop automations, ETL processes, validations, and API integrations using Python.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams in requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and solution evolution.
