What we're looking for

4 years of demonstrable experience in SAP SCM consulting.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in the following modules and functionalities:
Transportation Planning & Execution (TP&E)
Freight Order Management
Carrier Management
Freight Costing & Settlement
Route Optimization
Shipment Tracking
Load Planning
Experience in SAP HANA and its capabilities.
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management, Warehouse & distribution processes.
Solid skills in Business Analysis and Process Design.
Proven ability to lead and facilitate Workshops.
Experience or knowledge in HCM (Human Capital Management) in the context of SCM integration will be valued.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fluent Spanish level (spoken and written).
English level will be valued.

SAP HANA SCM - Metrica España

Metrica España is looking for an SAP HANA SCM Consultant with 4 years of experience to join our team. If you are a professional passionate about supply chain optimization and have experience in SAP SCM, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Design, configure, and implement SAP SCM solutions, with a particular focus on Transportation Planning & Execution functionalities.
Manage and optimize processes related to Freight Order Management and Carrier Management.
Supervise and improve Freight Costing & Settlement processes.
Develop and implement Route Optimization and Shipment Tracking strategies.
Participate in the design and improvement of Load Planning.
Contribute to our clients' overall Supply Chain Management strategy.
Ensure the seamless integration of SAP SCM with other modules and systems, including HCM aspects.
Perform Business Analysis to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and document business processes (Process Design).
Lead and facilitate Workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
Provide support and training to end users.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SCM.
