What we're looking for

More than six years of experience in the technical field required for the position.
Experience in development, customization, and administration of Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Knowledge of Copilot within the Microsoft ecosystem, as well as Customer Service workspace and CIF.
Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Experience with plugins, workflows, actions, batch processes, and WCF services.
Knowledge of PCF, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.

Nice to have

English is desirable.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Copilot to participate in a transformation project for a major banking entity.

What you'll do

Develop and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Service: data model, applications, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and security roles.
Implement customizations using JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 client API.
Develop solutions in C#/.NET using the Dynamics 365 SDK: plugins, workflow activities, actions, batch processes, and WCF web services.
Develop components with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
Administer Dynamics 365 Online environments.
Implement automations through Power Automate (Flows).
Develop integrations and processes with Azure services, such as Logic Apps and Functions.
Work with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Customer Service workspace, and Channel Integration Framework (CIF) within the context of the project.
