• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in assembly and wiring of electronic equipment, with special emphasis on PCBs, coaxial and triaxial cables (DMC crimpers), and interconnection wiring in digital, power, and RF electronics.
• Technical knowledge: Solid knowledge in electronics, including component assembly, soldering, and interpretation of electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Manual dexterity: Skill in handling precision tools, soldering irons, and specific tools for the assembly of connectors and cables.
• Attention to detail: Ability to work with high precision and attention to detail, fundamental to guaranteeing the quality of assembly and wiring.
• Proactivity and problem solving: Ability to identify and solve incidents during the assembly process.

• Education: Vocational Training (FP) in Electronics, Electricity, or similar, or equivalent experience.

Métrica España is looking for a Electronics Technician for Equipment Assembly, Conventional and RF Wiring (On-site)

Métrica España, a consolidated company and a benchmark in the technology sector, is looking to add to its staff an Electronics Technician to perform functions of assembly, conventional wiring, and radio frequency (RF) wiring of equipment. If you have at least 2 years of experience in similar positions and possess a great interest in technology and quality, we invite you to be part of our project.

As an Electronics Technician at Metrica España, you will be a key piece in the manufacturing and assembly process of our equipment. Your responsibilities will range from component assembly to performing complex wiring, guaranteeing maximum quality and precision in every task.

• PCB assembly and repair: You will perform the assembly and repair of low and medium complexity printed circuit boards (PCBs), paying attention to detail and ensuring the correct soldering and connection of components.
• Cable and wire harness manufacturing: You will be in charge of the manufacturing of cables and wire harnesses, including the assembly and soldering of terminals, ensuring the reliability and correct configuration of each element.
• Assembly of specialized connectors: You will carry out the assembly of military connectors and coaxial and triaxial cables, using specific tools such as DMC crimpers, to guarantee robust and high-performance connections.
• Assembly of modules and equipment: You will participate actively in the assembly and wiring of various electronic modules and equipment, following technical specifications and quality standards.
• Interconnection wiring: You will execute interconnection wiring in digital, power, and radio frequency (RF) electronics systems, understanding the importance of each connection for the optimal functioning of the system.
• Interpretation of technical documentation: You will be able to efficiently interpret electrical and electronic technical documentation, including blueprints and diagrams, to carry out assembly and wiring tasks with precision.

Essential requirements:

- Manufacturing of coaxial cables

- PCB manufacturing in thin film technology (sputtering, lithography, electrolytic gold plating, chemical etching)

- Installation and routing of wiring in racks and drawers

- Ability to interpret defects and provide feedback to the process.
