The role
We are looking for a/an Fishmonger Assistant - Morning/afternoon rotating shifts - Temporary to join our Makro La Laguna team. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:
Your mission; you will assist customers, sell and maintain the section in optimal condition in order to support the achievement of the objectives established for the center.
What you'll do
- Serve and advise customers to ensure their satisfaction and boost sales.
- You will recommend fishmonger products to optimize rotation between sections.
- You will fulfill commercial objectives, driving sales growth.
- Manage products and in-store presentation, ensuring proper supply and maintenance of the point of sale.
- Oversee department operations, monitoring shrinkage, inventory, and critical quality points.
How you'll work
Please note that this is a temporary, full-time position with morning/afternoon rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 to 13:00, or from 07:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 21:00.
