The role
We are looking for a Fishmonger Sales Assistant (rotating shifts) to join our team at Makro Elche. Below, we will tell you all the details of the role:
Your mission; you will assist customers, sell and maintain the section in optimal condition in order to support the achievement of the objectives established for the center.
What you'll do
- Serve and advise customers to ensure their satisfaction and boost sales.
- You will recommend fishmonger products to optimize rotation between sections.
- You will fulfill commercial objectives, driving sales growth.
- Manage products and in-store presentation, ensuring proper supply and maintenance of the point of sale.
- Oversee department operations, monitoring shrinkage, inventory, and critical quality points.
How you'll work
Please note that
These are two positions with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday:
- One of the positions will have the following schedule: 6:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 21:00h.
- The other position has the following schedule: 5:00 to 11:00, 7:00 to 13:00 or 15:00 to 21:00h.
It will be necessary for you to have your own vehicle to access the workplace.
At an organizational level
- You will report to the Section Manager of your business center.
