The role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our Makro Alcalá Henares team. Are you ready to be part of the best sales force in Spain? Below, we tell you all the details of the role: 

Your mission: increase sales and market penetration of HORECA customers and ensure the maximum profitability for the company, working with the different sales channels.

Your main functions: 

  • Promote Makro's value proposition to our customers.
  • Identify and capture potential hospitality customers in various areas of operation.
  • Accompany other colleagues on their routes, getting to know different types of customers.
  • Develop and maintain solid and lasting relationships with your customers, offering personalized and high-quality service.
  • Communicate and implement our commercial strategy, using available tools and resources.

At an organizational level: 

  • Report to the Sales Manager.
  • You will not have a team under your supervision.

What are we looking for in you?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of commercial sales experience.
  • Communication skills, customer service, problem-solving, and results orientation, as well as knowledge and proficiency in the use of office/digital tools will be valued.
  • Valid and approved driver's license.
