How you'll work

- Full-time 40-hour schedule: M-F + 2 Saturdays per month (mornings only). 

Requirements

- Passion for sales and customer service. 

- Organizational skills and a proactive attitude. 

- Proactivity, optimism, and a willingness to learn. 

- Accustomed to working with objectives and KPIs. 

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing positions (in-person/telephone advisory or sales, cross-selling, retail, commercial, etc.). 

- Advanced knowledge of office automation (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.). 

- Administrative/BackOffice management. 

- Availability to work in any of the centers that Bluespace has in the eastern area of Madrid: Torrejón, San Fernando, La Garena Alcalá, Coslada, Alcalá de Henares, and Ciudad Lineal. 

- Own vehicle.
