The role
We are looking for a Fruit and Vegetable Section Manager to join our team at Makro Barberá del Vallés. Below, we will tell you all the details of the role:
Your mission; you will guarantee excellence in the management of the fishmonger section, optimizing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- You will manage orders, reception, and storage of products (fruits and vegetables).
- You will ensure the quality, freshness, and rotation of the displayed products.
- You will train and develop your team, passing on your product knowledge.

What you'll do
- Gestionarás los pedidos, recepción y almacenamiento de productos (frutas y verduras).
- Asegurarás la calidad, frescura y rotación de los productos expuestos.
- Formarás y desarrollarás a tu equipo, transmitiendo tu conocimiento sobre productos.
- Implementarás estrategias comerciales para incrementar las ventas y la rentabilidad.
- Analizarás los resultados de la sección y propondrás mejoras.
A nivel organizativo:
- Reportarás directamente al Jefe/a de Departamento de Ventas y Operaciones y al Jefe/a Comercial.
- Serás responsable de la gestión integral de la sección de frutería con un equipo de 3 personas.

Ten en cuenta que turno de mañana de 06:00 a 13:00 horas, de lunes a sábado, con 20 minutos de descanso. Realización ocasional de guardias en turno de tarde.
