✨ What will you do on a daily basis?

• Welcoming students and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the very first moment.
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and common area reservations.
• Handling inquiries, calls, and emails, always with a proactive and friendly attitude.
• Resolving small day-to-day incidents, guaranteeing the comfort and safety of the residents.
• Supporting administrative tasks and internal organization.

• Availability to work rotating shifts.
