About the role

Your mission

You will be the go-to person for project planning and control, providing support to Project Directors and ensuring a rigorous view of progress, risks, and compliance with established milestones.

  • Lead the development of master project schedules.

  • Define the execution strategy and construction sequence together with Project Management.

  • Identify key milestones, critical activities, interfaces, and constraints.

  • Design and maintain the WBS structure.

  • Establish calendars, resources, durations, and logical relationships between activities.

  • Develop and manage baseline schedules.

Monitoring and control

  • Regularly update schedules and analyze variances.

  • Identify schedule-related risks and propose mitigation actions.

  • Perform critical path analyses and alternative scenario simulations.

  • Prepare executive reports and dashboards for management.

  • Coordinate progress updates with internal teams and contractors.

  • Implement monitoring methodologies based on physical and economic indicators using Earned Value Management.

Coordination and leadership

  • Act as the methodological reference for planning across the entire department.

  • Coordinate and supervise external planners when necessary.

  • Train and support Project Directors in planning and control matters.

  • Participate in regular progress meetings with management and stakeholders.

Continuous improvement

  • Develop planning standards and procedures.

  • Drive digitalization and process automation initiatives.

  • Promote the consistent use of tools and methodologies across the organization.
