What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project planning and control.
Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Power BI, and Excel.
Experience in integrated project portfolio planning and project control.
Experience in milestone monitoring, critical path analysis, S-curves, and deviation management.
Ability to prepare dashboards, indicators, and monitoring reports.
Ability to coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and contractors, cross-checking planned progress against site reality.
Availability to work on-site at the client's facilities.

The role

We are currently selecting an Industrial Project Planner to join an industrial sector project at our client's facilities.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for the planning and control of an investment project portfolio, monitoring the actual progress of the works and proposing actions to ensure compliance with deadlines. The functions are as follows:

Prepare and update the integrated project planning, estimating resources, materials, and labor.
Plan interventions during unit shutdowns, considering work windows and operational needs.
Monitor milestones, critical paths, and dependencies between projects, identifying risks, constraints, and deviations.
Cross-check the planning against the actual progress of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closure, including field verifications.
Coordinate the planning update with project engineers, supervisors, Procurement, suppliers, and contractors.
Propose corrective measures, rescheduling, and recovery plans to meet deadlines.
Prepare dashboards, S-curves, indicators, and progress monitoring reports and disbursement forecasts.
