The role

We are looking for a Commercial Director with experience in the chemical sector to lead the commercial strategy

What you'll do

Manage and develop the client portfolio and strategic accounts.
Prepare and supervise the sales budget and commercial objectives.
Analyze commercial results, identifying deviations and defining corrective actions.
Supervise order management, commercial incidents, and invoicing processes.
Guarantee compliance with the company's commercial policy, prices, and margins.
Drive the efficient use of the CRM as a management and business development tool.
Identify growth opportunities in current and potential clients.
Coordinate with Product Management on pricing strategy and the commercial management of the product portfolio.
Lead and develop the commercial team to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University education, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions of Commercial Management or similar, within the raw materials or chemical products sector.
Solid experience in business development, market expansion, and commercial negotiation, with a clear focus on achieving results.
Demonstrable experience in leading, managing, and developing commercial teams.
Hunter profile, with the ability to identify opportunities, acquire new clients, and generate business growth.
Knowledge of the chemical raw materials market for sectors such as food, agrochemical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical.
English level B2.
