Role MissionDefine, structure, and lead the global IT function, balancing product development, OT, and internal IT, bringing order, focus, and leadership, and ensuring that systems, processes, and technology platforms scale sustainably with business growth.

• High volume of ad-hoc development per plant / client

• Provide leadership and structure to a highly capable and versatile technical team

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with the business strategy
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technical team (IT, OT, and industrial software)
• Establish clear governance, roles, and processes
• Align PLC development, industrial software, and corporate IT
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects
• Drive technological standardization without stifling innovation
• Ensure the correct evolution of:
  • ERP
  • Infrastructure
  • Security
  • Cloud
  • Industrial data platforms
• Act as the technology reference for the management team

Experience

• Experience as IT Director / Head of IT / CTO in an industrial, engineering, or technology environment
• Experience leading complex technical teams
• Experience with:
  • IT / OT environments
  • Industrial automation or technical software
  • PLCs (ideally SIEMENS)
  • ERP (ideally Business Central)
  • Cloud and cybersecurity
• PLC programming is not required, but understanding the environment and its challenges is essential
