Leading, mentoring, and developing a multidisciplinary team of AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists.
Coordinating technical resource allocation across AI projects and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
Defining standards, methodologies, and best practices throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
Designing scalable architectures and reusable frameworks for a variety of AI use cases.
Ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions within the broader enterprise technology ecosystem, including data platforms and core business systems.
Driving the evolution and strategic roadmap of the organization's enterprise AI platform.
Overseeing the quality, reliability, security, and performance of AI solutions in production.
Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, governance frameworks, and responsible AI principles.
Acting as a trusted technical advisor for business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, and cybersecurity functions.
