The role

The Contract Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of road conservation supervision contracts for the General Directorate of Roads (DGC), ensuring compliance with technical, economic, and administrative objectives, as well as proper coordination with the client.

Experience in road contract drafting
ICCP, Civil; ITOP

What you'll do

Global management and supervision of the assigned conservation contract.
Direct liaison with the DGC and associated agencies.
Supervision of the technical execution of conservation works (pavements, signage, lighting, drainage, etc.).
Control of deadlines, costs, and contractual compliance.
Management and leadership of the technical team (engineers, field technicians).
Preparation of periodic reports, monitoring, and certifications.
Economic management of the contract: budget monitoring and deviations.
Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
Proposal of operational improvements and process optimization.

Education

Civil Engineering / similar (ICCP preferred)

Experience

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in drafting/supervising road projects.
Experience with DGC or public administration projects is a plus.

Knowledge

Road conservation regulations and standards.
Economic contract management.
Planning and control tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
Quality, H&S, and environmental systems.
