Maintenance Contract Manager

The selected person will be key to ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, providing both a technical and management vision in a dynamic and growing environment.

Job Mission

Manage and coordinate preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance contracts with clients from different sectors (hospital, industrial, tertiary, etc.).

Plan, supervise, and optimize the resources assigned to each contract.

Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and current regulations.

Be the main point of contact for the client, resolving incidents and guaranteeing their satisfaction.

Coordinate field technical teams and collaborate with other internal departments.

Perform KPI control and prepare monitoring reports.

Detect opportunities for improvement and possible service expansions.

Training in project or contract management is valued.
