Cost Control and Measurement Technician: Tarragona

Leading construction company in the industrial sector seeks a Cost Control and Measurement Technician for complex industrial and infrastructure projects.

• Interpretation of blueprints: Analyze technical documentation (structures, installations) to identify all necessary items.
• Calculation of measurements (take-offs): Perform quantity take-offs from blueprints.
• Preparation of budgets: Draft work items and assign unit prices (price analysis).
• Management of comparisons: Request and analyze bids from suppliers and subcontractors to select the most competitive option.
• Control of certifications: During construction, measure the actual executed units to validate payments to subcontractors and billings to the client.
• Drafting of reports: Support the preparation of technical and descriptive project documentation.

• Construction company with over 50 years of experience and national presence, specialized in complex industrial and infrastructure projects (energy, petrochemical, logistics, and non-residential construction).
• Offices located in Tarragona.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar, Architecture, or Technical Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in cost control and measurement.
• Knowledge of contracting regulations and pricing.
• Experience in large and medium-scale projects.
• Advanced use of Excel.
• Valuable experience with Presto, AutoCAD/Revit, Cost-it, or other budgeting and construction control software.

• Interpretación de Planos: Analizar la documentación técnica (arquitectura, estructuras, instalaciones) para identificar todas las partidas necesarias.
• Cálculo de Mediciones (Take-offs): Realizar el levantamiento de cantidades sobre plano.
• Elaboración de Presupuestos: Redactar las partidas de obra y asignar precios unitarios (análisis de precios).
• Gestión de Comparativos: Solicitar y analizar ofertas de proveedores y subcontratistas para elegir la opción más competitiva.
• Control de Certificaciones: Durante la obra, medir las unidades realmente ejecutadas para validar los pagos a subcontratistas y los cobros al cliente.
• Redacción de Memorias: Apoyar en la elaboración de la documentación técnica y descriptiva del proyecto.

• Empresa constructora con más de 50 años de experiencia y presencia nacional, especializada en proyectos industriales y de infraestructura complejos (energía, petroquímica, logística y edificación no residencial).
• Oficinas ubicadas en Tarragona.

• Grado en Ingeniería Civil o similar, Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en control de costes y mediciones.
• Conocimiento de normativa de contratación y precios.
• Experiencia en proyectos de media y gran escala.
• Manejo avanzado de Excel.
• Valorable experiencia con Presto, AutoCAD/Revit, Cost-it, u otros softwares de presupuestos y control de obra.
• Buscamos un perfil con alta capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle, visión global del proyecto, capacidad de negociación y toma de decisiones, autonomía y liderazgo técnico.
