Hospital Electromedicine Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance of electromedical equipment according to the established maintenance plan.
• Carry out corrective interventions at the first level, diagnosing faults and restoring the operation of the equipment.
• Coordinate actions with official technical services when incidents require specialized intervention.
• Verify the proper functioning and safety of the equipment after each intervention.
• Record all actions carried out in the CMMS, ensuring the traceability of interventions.
• Collaborate in managing the inventory of the electromedical equipment fleet and updating technical documentation.
• Perform functional checks and collaborate on calibrations and technical controls when applicable.
• Manage the materials, tools, and spare parts necessary to carry out the work.
• Maintain fluid communication with healthcare staff to minimize the impact of interventions on patient care activities.
• Strictly comply with occupational risk prevention regulations, quality, environment, and protocols specific to the hospital environment.
• Collaborate with the rest of the maintenance team (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, etc.) to ensure the proper functioning of hospital facilities.

We are looking for a Hospital Electromedicine Technician to ensure the proper functioning, availability, and safety of hospital electromedical equipment.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Advanced Vocational Training in Clinical Electromedicine.
• Degrees in Electronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields with experience in electromedicine will also be valued.

Experience in the following will be valued:

• Maintenance of electromedical equipment.
• Hospitals or healthcare centers.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of healthcare technology.
• Use of CMMS systems.

Knowledge of equipment such as the following will be valued:

• Multiparameter monitors.
• Defibrillators.
• Infusion and syringe pumps.
• Electrosurgical units.
• Ventilators and anesthesia equipment.
• Monitoring equipment.
• ICU, operating room, and hospitalization equipment.
• Electrical power supply systems associated with healthcare equipment.
• Interpretation of electrical and electronic schematics.

• Ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo del equipamiento electromédico conforme al plan de mantenimiento establecido.
• Realizar intervenciones correctivas de primer nivel, diagnosticando averías y restableciendo el funcionamiento de los equipos.
• Coordinar las actuaciones con los servicios técnicos oficiales cuando las incidencias requieran una intervención especializada.
• Comprobar el correcto funcionamiento y la seguridad de los equipos tras cada intervención.
• Registrar todas las actuaciones realizadas en el sistema GMAO, asegurando la trazabilidad de las intervenciones.
• Colaborar en la gestión del inventario del parque electromédico y en la actualización de la documentación técnica.
• Realizar verificaciones funcionales y colaborar en las calibraciones y controles técnicos cuando proceda.
• Gestionar el material, herramientas y repuestos necesarios para la ejecución de los trabajos.
• Mantener una comunicación fluida con el personal sanitario para minimizar el impacto de las intervenciones sobre la actividad asistencial.
• Cumplir estrictamente la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales, calidad, medio ambiente y protocolos propios del entorno hospitalario.
• Colaborar con el resto del equipo de mantenimiento (climatización, electricidad, PCI, fontanería, etc.) para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones del hospital.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en Electromedicina Clínica.
• También se valorarán titulaciones en Electrónica, Automatización Industrial, Electricidad o similares con experiencia en electromedicina.

Se valorará experiencia en:

• Mantenimiento de equipos electromédicos.
• Hospitales o centros sanitarios.
• Conocimiento de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de tecnología sanitaria.
• el uso de sistemas GMAO.

Se valorarán conocimientos en equipos tales como:

• Monitores multiparamétricos.
• Desfibriladores.
• Bombas de infusión y jeringa.
• Electrobisturís.
• Respiradores y equipos de anestesia.
• Equipos de monitorización.
• Equipamiento de UCI, quirófanos y hospitalización.
• Sistemas de alimentación eléctrica asociados al equipamiento sanitario.
• Interpretación de esquemas eléctricos y electrónicos.
