Business Controller

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control, Business Controller, or Financial Analysis roles (highly valued in Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG companies), bringing not only technical excellence but also a clear business partner vision.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in building and managing complex financial models.
• Proven experience working with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI highly valued) and ERPs.
• Analytical and business vision, with a strong ability to turn financial data into strategic, actionable insights for decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Autonomy and proactivity to work in an agile environment, quickly shifting priorities according to business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly with different departments and levels of the organization.

We are looking for an analytical, rigorous, and proactive person for the Business Controller position to join our team, reporting directly to the Finance Director / CFO. • Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and the 2-3 year financial plan.
• Perform variance analysis of P&L, sales, margins, and costs by business channel (Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale) and department.
• Design, implement, and monitor the group's key financial and operational KPIs.
• Prepare the monthly financial and management reporting for senior management and department heads.
• Analyze the profitability of projects, new store openings, and marketing campaigns to support strategic decision-making.
• Control and optimize operating and overhead costs, identifying efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, and business leaders to ensure the reliability of financial information.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement and automation of management control processes and BI tools.
• Plan and forecast cash flow in the medium and long term.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cash position, both at a global/total level and by store.
• Analyze inventory, coverage, aging, and obsolescence risk or E&O (Excess & Obsolete).
• Work hand in hand with Supply Chain to reduce stockouts and optimize turnover to prevent sales losses.
• Identify improvement levers in payment and collection policies and in the cash conversion cycle.
• Define and thoroughly track financial and operational KPIs related to working capital and balance sheet.
