We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with a passion for customer growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic accounts (enterprise) in the LATAM and USA regions, with accountability for their success, leading engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor to pricing and e-commerce leaders, translating product value into measurable business results and sustainable account growth.

As we scale our LATAM and USA business unit, you will have the opportunity to evolve and take on greater responsibilities.

What you'll do

Your primary focus will be on customer engagement, retention, and growth, building relationships that position you as a strategic advisor throughout the entire lifecycle:

  • Strategic account management: Manage a broad and diverse portfolio from start to finish, focusing on strategic enterprise accounts alongside a segment of SMB accounts, building long-term relationships with pricing, e-commerce, and category leaders, up to the C-suite level.

  • Service segmentation: Apply a tiered service model (high-touch for strategic accounts, scalable processes for SMB) to maximize retention and efficiency across the portfolio.

  • Retention and churn prevention: Be responsible for the gross retention of your portfolio, detecting early warning signs and executing recovery plans before they impact satisfaction or renewal.

  • Growth and expansion: Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities in the portfolio, collaborating with the Sales team (AEs) on larger operations, directly contributing to net revenue retention goals.

  • Implementation and adoption: Lead onboarding and platform adoption, ensuring a quick time-to-value and full use of key features.

  • Executive engagement: Conduct business reviews, workshops, and executive training sessions that connect platform usage with the client's business objectives.

  • Data-driven consulting: Prepare and present performance reports with analytics and BI tools, turning usage and market data into executive-level recommendations.

  • CRM and operational excellence: Keep account data up-to-date in HubSpot, contribute to the improvement of playbooks and workflows, and ensure service standards.

  • Internal collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to close the feedback loop and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What we're looking for

  • More than 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles with customer ownership in B2B SaaS.

  • Native or bilingual Spanish and English (daily communication with LATAM and USA clients will be in both Spanish and English).

  • Proven track record of retention and expansion results in enterprise accounts (renewals, upselling, NRR).

  • Strong analytical skills: use of data and BI tools for decision-making and executive conversations.

  • Mastery of CRM and modern customer success tools (HubSpot preferred) and Google Workspace.

  • Availability and flexibility to cover LATAM and USA time zones from Spain: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (CET), with some flexibility for better work-life balance.

  • Legal residence in Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail technology, e-commerce, pricing, or competitive intelligence solutions.

  • Practical experience implementing SaaS platforms with enterprise clients.

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to customer workflows.

What you'll get

  • Base Salary: Attractive base salary based on experience + bonus for achieving departmental strategic goals, with the possibility of overachievement.

  • Permanent contract with full-time hours.

  • Private health insurance with Sanitas covered by the company without copays.

  • Flexible working hours (adapted to LATAM and USA coverage).

  • Professional development: Annual training budget to support your growth.

  • Flexible compensation (food, transportation, or daycare).

  • We care for your health thanks to WellHub.

  • We organize afterwork events regularly.

  • Modern stack: Google Workspace, HubSpot, and generative AI tools integrated into daily work.

  • Location: Spain. Remote work model, or hybrid if you are in Murcia.

  • Free coffee and tea in our headquarters.

  • Culture: Join a young, diverse, and global organization committed to innovation and excellence.
