What we're looking for

Professional training in automotive mechanics or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in official dealerships or specialized workshops as a First-class Skilled Tradesperson.
Essential to be a specialist in heavy mechanics: repair and replacement of assemblies, engines, turbos, general mechanics, cylinder heads, gearboxes.
Customer orientation and quality in service.
Proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Adaptability to transformation and digitalization processes.
Essential to reside in the area.

The role

We are looking to hire a First-class Skilled Mechanical Technician to join our Aftersales team at our Pío XII headquarters. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensuring quality and safety in the service.

What you'll do

Basic vehicle maintenance.
Heavy mechanics (essential to continue in the process)
Vehicle diagnostics
Electronic components
Oil and filter changes
Level checks
Replacement of wear items (pads, discs, batteries, etc.)
General vehicle safety checks
Support for the workshop team
