• Minimum of 5 years of experience in appraiser expert roles.
• Experience in premium brands.
• Training related to automotive, damage assessment, bodywork, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of reception, assessment, repair, and quality control processes.

At Mobility Centro, we are looking for an Automotive Expert with extensive experience in damage assessment and appraisal to join our team in La Moraleja. The selected person will be responsible for receiving the vehicle in the workshop, assessing damage, managing the appraisal with the insurance company, opening repair orders, and the subsequent supervision of the work to ensure final quality.

This is a key position within the aftersales area, oriented towards a technical, rigorous profile with solid experience in premium brands, especially in Mercedes-Benz environments.

• Reception of the vehicle from its entry into the workshop and initial technical inspection.
• Assessment and appraisal of material damage in vehicles.
• Preparation and submission to the company of the damage appraisal amount.
• Opening of repair orders for the workshop and coordination with the aftersales team.
• Follow-up of the repair and final supervision for quality control.
• Application of technical criteria typical of a first-class skilled expert in a premium brand.
• Coordination with insurance companies, the workshop, and other areas involved in the process.
• Compliance with the brand's quality standards, timings, and procedures.
