You will join the Business Development area with the goal of technically leading the preparation and management of public passenger transport tenders, at both national and international levels.

What you'll do

  • Technically lead the tender team, ensuring quality and consistency in proposals.

  • Actively participate in drafting technical bids and defining the strategy for each tender.

  • Analyze and interpret public transport tender specifications.

  • Prepare and validate operational plans and technical and economic feasibility studies.

  • Manage the department's workload, prioritizing according to the tender pipeline.

  • Coordinate with Country Managers and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

  • Define processes, criteria, and cross-departmental policies for the area.

  • Oversee document management and data analysis.

What would we like you to bring to this challenge?

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Public Works, Industrial, or similar). A specialization in transport or mobility is a plus.

  • Experience in the mobility sector tenders (as an operator, consultant, or engineering firm).

  • Senior technical profile, with leadership skills and the ability to handle a heavy workload.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • High level of English is essential. French is a plus.

  • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented individual.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, and a valid driver's license.
