What we're looking for
4-6 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or fulfilment, ideally in DTC and/or FMCG.
Having managed and negotiated with 3PLs and transport operators (parcel, last mile, international).
Management of B2C and B2B orders and key indicators: cost per shipment, OTIF, incident rate, and returns.
Analytical and hands-on profile: you work with data and also resolve issues in the warehouse.
Fluent Spanish and C1 English (spoken and written), because we work with suppliers and warehouses in several countries.
Nice to have
We value: experience with Shopify, Odoo or another ERP, and logistics in several European countries.
What we offer
The role
At Natulim, we are transforming one of the most traditional categories in the home: cleaning.
We create more practical, sustainable, and effective cleaning products, designed to ensure that small everyday decisions have a lower impact on the planet. Our star product, laundry detergent strips, replaces the conventional bottle format with a lightweight, biodegradable format without unnecessary waste.
Today, Natulim is already present in 9 European countries and we continue to grow with a clear ambition: to become the benchmark brand for ecological cleaning in Europe.
That every order, from any channel and country, arrives on time, in good condition, and at the lowest possible cost. You will be responsible for our 3PLs and carriers, and for the warehouse network behind them.
What you'll do
Manage the day-to-day of B2C (e-commerce and marketplaces) and B2B fulfilment: orders, incidents, stockouts, and deliveries.
Lead the relationship with our 3PLs: SLAs, KPIs, picking and packing quality, and continuous improvement.
Negotiate with carriers and optimize costs and routes by country and channel (cost per order, delivery times, returns).
Ensure that the integration between Shopify, the ERP, and the 3PL systems works without friction.
Control inventory in both owned and external warehouses, and work with Supply to ensure there are no stockouts.
Reduce delivery incidents and returns, in coordination with Customer Service.
Coordinate transport between raw material warehouses and finished product warehouses.
Prepare for demand peaks (Black Friday, campaigns) alongside Marketing and Ecom.
