About the role

Natulim is a rapidly growing brand of eco-friendly cleaning products in Europe. Our goal is to become the leading brand in Europe in eco-friendly cleaning, building a strong, innovative DTC brand that is close to our consumers.

Our flagship product, biodegradable laundry detergent strips, offers a simpler and more sustainable alternative to traditional detergent.

We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager / Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of our Amazon business and help us accelerate our growth across different European markets.

We are not looking for a profile focused solely on listings or catalog management. We are looking for someone who understands Amazon as a business, who can work with data and make decisions about sales, profitability, pricing, advertising, and growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage and take ownership of Natulim's Amazon business, with a focus on sales, profitability, and growth.

  • Analyze Amazon performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and margin.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CVR, CTR, sales, margin, and profitability.

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Ads / PPC campaigns.

  • Work on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy to maximize performance.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate on stock and inventory planning.

  • Analyze large volumes of data and turn them into concrete decisions and actions.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Identify growth opportunities in products, markets, and categories.

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize Amazon performance with a clear focus on performance and results.

What we're looking for

  • Real experience managing an Amazon account or selling products through Amazon.

  • Having had responsibility for sales, revenue, margin, and/or growth, not only for listings, catalog, or content.

  • Highly analytical and numbers-driven profile.

  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets and the ability to work with large volumes of data.

  • Ability to analyze Amazon metrics and turn data into business decisions.

  • Strong focus on performance and results.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.

  • Experience managing Amazon Ads / PPC.

  • Experience with forecasting, pricing, stock, and inventory.

  • Knowledge of metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CVR, CTR, contribution margin, and LTV.

  • Education in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration (ADE) or similar.

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, DTC, FMCG, or consumer goods.

  • Experience working in fast-growing companies or international environments.

What you'll get

  • 100% remote.

  • Join an international company in rapid growth with major expansion plans in Europe.

  • A high level of autonomy and responsibility over your area.

  • Work in a young, international, and highly dynamic environment.

  • A position with direct impact on business growth.

  • Flexibility and trust to organize your work.

  • Benefits and initiatives focused on the well-being and development of people.

If you are someone with real experience managing Amazon and you combine business vision, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset, we want to meet you.

🧠 What would we like you to be like?

We are looking for someone highly analytical, business-oriented, and proactive.

Someone who doesn't just report what happened, but who wants to understand why it happened, what we can do about it, and how we can improve results.

An autonomous person, comfortable working with data, questioning assumptions, and taking ownership of their results.
