What you'll do
Manage the purchase of containers, packaging, and finished products, ensuring the best balance between cost, quality, and service.
Negotiate prices, commercial conditions, delivery times, and contracts with national and international suppliers.
Search for, approve, and develop new suppliers to allow for improvements in cost, quality, or supply capacity.
Follow up on orders and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
Work in a coordinated manner with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to guarantee material availability.
Analyze the evolution of raw material costs and detect savings opportunities.
Participate in cost optimization (cost reduction) and continuous improvement projects.
Manage incidents with suppliers and lead action plans when necessary.
Prepare purchasing reports and KPIs to facilitate decision-making.
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes within the Purchasing department.
