The role
We are looking to incorporate an operator for closure control into the production team with the following functions,
What you'll do
-At the beginning and end (SEAM360) of manufacturing, the closing of empty containers will be carried out on the different heads of the closing machines.
-Frequency of 2 times per shift and always after any adjustment to the closer or change of lid or container supplier.
-Identify container samples with the numbers corresponding to the closer heads.
-The closed samples will be subjected to a visual inspection, with the aim of detecting any possible anomaly, always before starting the workday.
-Supervise that all closing lines undergo container airtightness testing.
-Control the critical points specified in the section regarding technical specifications on Analysis methods, and fill out the incident report.
-Communicate any anomaly to the section supervisor and to quality control.
-Correct environmental behavior in the performance of their tasks (waste segregation, good environmental practices, communication of incidents and opportunities for improvement, etc.).
-Act according to instructions received in case of emergencies.
