Site Manager

We are part of NEALIS, leading the energy and telecommunications areas, sectors in which we operate with the objective of responding to the great challenges of society: being an active part of the energy transition, driving connectivity, and accompanying urban transformation. We need to incorporate a Site Manager for electrical installations for the electricity area for the Valencia or Alicante zone.

Plan and organize all phases of the electrical or industrial work. Coordinate the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers. Supervise the correct execution of installations according to plans and technical specifications. Control deadlines, costs, and site resources. Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure project continuity. Prepare periodic site monitoring reports and communicate incidents. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with engineering and purchasing departments to guarantee the availability of materials and equipment.
