The role
InturSports Travel Services, a division of Nealis Hospitality, specializing in the design, organization, and management of sports travel, events, and experiences for domestic and international clients. We are looking to hire a sports project manager, a person with a commercial orientation, organizational capacity, and a passion for sports and tourism, who wants to be part of a dynamic and growing project, contributing to business development and the creation of high value-added sports experiences.
What you'll do
Identify new business opportunities in the sports tourism sector, analyzing the market, competition, and industry trends. Acquire and retain clients linked to sports. Design and prepare commercial proposals, budgets, and presentations adapted to the needs of each client. Coordinate travel and event operations: training camps, stages, and tailor-made sports experiences, guaranteeing efficient execution and a satisfactory experience for the client. Manage and expand the portfolio of strategic suppliers, negotiating rates, availability, and commercial conditions. Follow up with clients and suppliers, resolving incidents and ensuring the quality of the service provided. Travel and accompany clients when the operational needs of the service so require. Participation in commercial events, fairs, and congresses.
