The role
We are looking to hire a Night Reception Professional for the Corazonistas Residence.
What you'll do
- Reception and assistance to residents.
- Telephone assistance and management of inquiries.
- Access control and monitoring of entrances and exits.
- Surveillance and supervision of the facilities during the night shift.
- Management, recording, and monitoring of incidents.
- Carrying out periodic rounds of the facilities.
- Attention to and action in emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Preparation of the shift report and communication of incidents to the corresponding team.
Required
- Availability to work the night shift (from 00:00h to 8:00h).
- Previous experience in reception, surveillance, concierge, or customer service positions.
- Responsible, serious person with a high capacity to work autonomously.
- Communication skills and cordial treatment of young people and residents.
- Basic handling of IT tools (email, incident logging, etc.).
