B2B Marketing Trainee - Minor Hotels Eu&Am - Madrid

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Trainee to join the B2B Marketing team in Madrid. The position will support the execution of the company's B2B Marketing plans, helping to develop marketing materials, coordinate activities with internal departments and external agencies, support international trade shows and events, and contribute to day-to-day business operations in a dynamic, international environment.

Support the execution of the company's B2B Marketing plans.Develop and execute marketing materials in cooperation with different departments and agencies, including brochures, flyers, banners, e-mailings and presentations.Drive innovation and advancement within the area by exploring and implementing cutting-edge tools and solutions.Support the team in the planning and execution of international trade shows and trade events.Source and coordinate new merchandising products in collaboration with agencies and international suppliers.Support the B2B team in day-to-day business operations.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and adapt easily in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Flexible, service-minded and commercially oriented.Independent, reliable, enthusiastic and proactive.
• Innovative and creative, with a strong desire to learn and stay updated on trends.
• Collaborative team worker with an international mindset.

• Degree in Marketing, Tourism Management or Business Administration.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Very good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of digital, graphic and online collaboration tools will be considered a plus.
• Basic copywriting skills, preferably in English.
