As a Reception Supervisor, you will support the Front Office Manager and the Assistant Front Office Manager in managing reception functions and in the daily supervision of staff. This role involves striving to continuously improve guest and team member satisfaction and maximizing the financial performance of the department.

What you'll do

  • Direct and coordinate the department, applying service and quality standards.
  • Manage and address guest concerns, always striving to exceed their expectations.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel Front Office, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.

  • Excellent command of the local language and a high level of English.
