As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for attending to guests' needs upon arrival and departure, as well as providing them with an exceptional overall experience, in line with the hotel's vision and values regarding guest satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Support the check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring friendly and efficient service.

  • Welcome guests and provide information about the hotel's services and facilities.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other guest communications.
