About the role

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for attending to guests' needs upon arrival and departure, as well as providing them with an exceptional overall experience during their stay, in line with the hotel's vision and values regarding guest satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Receive and complete the check-in process for all guests and groups promptly and professionally, as well as complete the check-out process for guests and groups as they leave.
  • Manage room assignments based on guest characteristics (VIP, traditional, new clients, etc.) with the corresponding department.
