About the role

From Nortempo, we are recruiting an Employment Placement and Labor Intermediation Specialist to join a group of companies dedicated to the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.

The entity is part of a group of companies and Special Employment Centers (SEC) whose goal is to promote labor integration, well-being, and professional development for workers.

What you'll do

  • Recruitment and management of job offers.

  • Intermediation between job seekers and partner companies.

  • Design and monitoring of personalized employment integration pathways.

  • Conducting guidance interviews and employability assessments.

  • Business prospecting and recruitment of new partner companies.

  • Management of selection processes and referral of candidates.

  • Monitoring of job placements.

  • Advisory services to companies on hiring people with disabilities, incentives, and subsidies.

  • Preparation of reports, summaries, and monitoring of indicators.

  • Coordination with public bodies, social organizations, Special Employment Centers, and the Galician business network.

Requirements
