What will your mission be?
As a waiter/waitress, you will have to guarantee efficient, friendly, and professional attention to customers, ensuring a quality food and beverage service that contributes to a satisfactory experience and the smooth running of the establishment.

• Receive, attend to, and seat customers.

• Present the menu and advise on available products and services.

• Take orders and transmit them to the kitchen or bar staff.

• Serve food and beverages following established quality standards.

• Prepare and organize tables before, during, and after service.

• Perform the replenishment of products and materials necessary for customer service.

• Manage payments and issue tickets or invoices where appropriate.

• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the dining area, bar, and work areas.

• Handle customer inquiries, incidents, or complaints in a professional manner.

• Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure agile and efficient service.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Como camarero/a tendrás que garantizar una atención eficiente, amable y profesional a los clientes, asegurando un servicio de alimentos y bebidas de calidad que contribuya a una experiencia satisfactoria y al buen funcionamiento del establecimiento.

• Recibir, atender y acomodar a los clientes.

• Presentar la carta y asesorar sobre los productos y servicios disponibles.

• Tomar comandas y transmitir los pedidos al personal de cocina o barra.

• Servir alimentos y bebidas siguiendo los estándares de calidad establecidos.

• Preparar y organizar mesas antes, durante y después del servicio.

• Realizar la reposición de productos y materiales necesarios para la atención al cliente.

• Gestionar cobros y emitir tickets o facturas cuando corresponda.

• Mantener la limpieza y el orden de la sala, barra y zonas de trabajo.

• Atender consultas, incidencias o reclamaciones de los clientes de manera profesional.

• Cumplir las normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y prevención de riesgos laborales.

• Colaborar con el resto del equipo para asegurar un servicio ágil y eficiente.
