The role

From the Barcelona branch, we are looking for a KITCHEN ASSISTANT to join a prestigious establishment located in Vilassar de Mar.

What you'll do

Duties

Support in the preparation and cooking of dishes, following recipes and established procedures.
You will collaborate on plating and food presentation, managing timing and presentation standards.
You will maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and utensils.
You will work in coordination with the rest of the kitchen team, adapting to the pace of service.
You will comply with food hygiene and safety regulations.

How you'll work

Full-time (Monday to Sunday, including holidays).
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with legally established rest periods.
