At Nortempo Selección we are looking for... an Industrial Bodybuilder to join on a stable basis the workshop team of a company specialized in the repair, maintenance, adaptation, and transformation of trucks and industrial vehicles, located in Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona).

This is a company consolidated in the industrial vehicle sector, with experience in performing technical work and projects adapted to the needs of each vehicle. Its activity is oriented towards maintaining trucks and industrial vehicles in the best operating, safety, and finish conditions, combining repair, maintenance, and transformation work.

The selected person will join a specialized and dynamic work environment, where they will be able to participate in different types of interventions and projects. It is an opportunity especially suited for industrial bodybuilding professionals seeking job stability, continuity, and professional development within a team with experience in the sector.

As an Industrial Bodybuilder, you will begin the day reviewing the assigned vehicles and jobs together with the team. You will analyze the damage or needs of each truck, prepare the necessary materials and tools, and organize the different phases of the repair.

During the day, you will perform repair, assembly, and adjustment work on bodywork components, intervening in both structural damage and exterior elements of the vehicle. Depending on the project, you may also carry out welding, cutting, assembly, and repair tasks on metal structures.

You will work in coordination with the rest of the workshop professionals to ensure that each intervention is carried out correctly and within the established quality standards. Before considering a job finished, you will review the adjustments, finishes, and repaired elements to guarantee a safe and high-quality result.

• Repair and maintenance of truck and industrial vehicle bodywork.

• Damage assessment and preparation of the work to be carried out on each vehicle.

• Disassembly, assembly, adjustment, and replacement of bodywork components.

• Repair of structural damage and exterior elements.

• Performing welding work and assembly of metal structures.

• Cutting, adjustment, and preparation of parts when the project requires it.

• Checking of measurements, fit, and alignments.

• Review of the quality and finish of the work performed.

• Proper use of tools, machinery, and protective equipment.

• Coordination with the rest of the team to comply with the workshop planning.

• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace.
